Luza contest 002 Luža contest 002  Luža contest 002 Association DOBR prepared a second edition of the traditional LUŽA contest (entertaining sport event).For those unaware; it is about riding on skies or snowboard over a pool of water on the ski slope. Difficulty, diversity and artistic component were marked by the official FIS judges judging the contesters.  Luža contest 002 Best tricks and outfits were generously rewarded by our sponsors who took part at the event and the crowd who cheered for their favorite. Some of the contestants brought their swimming suits, other brought masquerade dresses yet others old-school skiing outfits to earn some applauding and attention of the judges.  Luža contest 002 The weather on the first Luza contest was a bit foggy and even this time it looked quite cloudy. But this couldn’t scare the hot-blooded contestants who were pleasantly surprised by the inviting perfection of the turquoise pool yet a bit intimidated by the size.  Luža contest 002 After acquainting the contestants with the rules of the contest, the battle started. In the jam session the riders showed some back-killing tricks they would only perform on the watery surface. Public was amazed, judges were struggling with undisputed quality of the riders and their aesthetic imagination.  Luža contest 002 DJ and moderator helped to make the contest interesting and entertaining for everybody present. After all it is about having good time. The contest was followed by a BBQ on snow, nomination of the winners and party with DJ. With the support of public, friends, sponsors, DOBR Team and of course the riders, the event succeeded again and everybody present at the contest had a GOOD time and lots of fun.
